RAFAEL DIAZCASAS

Rafael DiazCasas is a Cuban-born New York-based independent curator, art critic, and art consultant. Interested in modern and contemporary art, he focuses on Latin American and Cuban-background artists. He has served as a lecturer with diverse educational institutions and private collections, including City University of New York, Bildner Center for Western Hemisphere Studies, School of Visual Arts and David Rockefeller Collection, New York. In 2021, he acted as juror for the CINTAS Foundation Fellowship. DiazCasas has curated exhibitions in the United States and internationally, as well as contributed to numerous art magazines, journals, catalogues, and books in the United States, Latin America, and Europe.
