Rebeca Proenza is an actress from Cuba. She starred alongside Josh Hutcherson in the film 7 Days in Havana (2011), where she was directed by Benicio del Toro. She is the author of the book Gorrión (2022), in which she depicts stories of Cuban migrants, with real testimonies, but brought to fiction. She lives in New York.
